I have known and worked with Kevin Suoja in some way or another for two years. Not only have I come to highly respect him for his skill and ability as a professional but also as an individual there is not more honest, committed, man in the industry. I don’t think I’ve ever worked for a more dedicated, knowledgeable person that actually took the time to make sure the jobs were done to the highest standards (even if that meant doing something over so it was done right) but to mentoring and motivating the employees, subcontractors and even the clients that quality and speed can co-exist on a project.

I am employed by Lend Lease, as a PM for the 7-Eleven projects. I immediately contacted Kevin and had him work on several of my stores in the region. Not only was Kevin able to find creative ways to come in under budget on the projects but was also able to meet or exceed every schedule that was demanded. His experience, intelligence and ability to think in and out of conventional methods is what made successful.
